This is my project of IT 899

 

For this project, I would like to use the ADDLE model to train teachers who work at The affiliated primary school of Shaanxi's normal university.

 

The collaborative study is lacking in the Chinese educational system. Traditional teaching methods still are mainstream around the classes, Although multimedia teaching including but just showing PowerPoint.

 

For this project, I am going to design a strategy to train English teachers on how to innovate their teaching method to deliver materials to improve students speaking skills and collaborate study.
